Аннотация. В статье собран и отражен мировой опыт комплексного проектирования территории приютов для животных, являющихся частью исследования архитектурно-композиционной структуры и интеграции социальных центров в городской ландшафт. Выявляются основные проблемы российских приютов и изучается опыт, функциональность и условия содержания бездомных животных за границей. Главный научный результат заключается в том, что доказаны возможности данной системы обнаружить существующую проблематику подхода к созданию шелтеров в России и создать подробную модель проектирования современных приютов. Приоритетная модель проектирования – расширение функционального спектра объекта, чтобы тип сооружений приобрел культурно-образовательные, развлекательные, хозяйственно-бытовые, служебно-технические функции.

Abstract. The article collects and reflects the world experience in the integrated design of the territory of animal shelters, which are part of the study of the architectural and compositional structure and the integration of social centers into the urban landscape. The main problems of Russian shelters are identified and the experience, functionality and conditions of keeping homeless animals abroad are studied. The main scientific result is that this system allows us to detect the existing problems of the approach to the creation of shelters in Russia and create a detailed model for the design of modern shelters, one of the priority tasks of which is to expand the functional spectrum of the facility so that the type of facilities acquires cultural, educational, entertainment, economic -household, service technical functions. This approach to this issue may affect the place of companion animals in the urban environment and form a comprehensive solution to this problem. The reorientation of the study exclusively to dogs is due to the fact that they make up the largest proportion of stray animals in the Russian urban environment, and are also considered the most problematic.
